Fees & Policies
I am a firm believer that financial circumstances should not be a barrier to quality mental health care. I maintain a portion of my practice for sliding scale and low-fee slots to increase access to services.
Standard Fees
Individual Sessions: $225
Couples & Family Sessions: $325
Sliding Scale: Rates starting at $150. Please inquire during our intro call to see if you are eligible for these slots.
Payment Methods
I accept a wide range of payments for your convenience:
Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Digital & Direct: Venmo, Cash, Check
Insurance & Reimbursement
Reawaken Studio does not participate directly with insurance providers at this time. However, many clients are able to utilize Out-of-Network (OON) benefits to receive significant reimbursement for their sessions.
How it works:
Pay Upfront: You pay the session fee at the time of service.
Receive a Superbill: At the end of each month, I provide you with a "Superbill" (a detailed receipt for medical services).
Submit for Reimbursement: You submit this document to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Pro Tip: I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking: "Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health, and if so, what is my deductible?"
Cancellation Policy
Honoring Our Time Together Life is unpredictable, and I understand that plans may need to change. Because our sessions are an intentional commitment of time for both of us, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Providing this notice allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another individual who may be in need of support.
Late Cancellation Fee Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
This policy ensures the sustainability of the practice and respects the dedicated time set aside for your healing journey. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible.
